I am Roxanne G. Recto, a spine specialist with specialization in the Pilates Modality, a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and a movement and energy healer. Years of practice and recentering my own energies has allowed me to empathize and tune in to others' needs, so that they may focus on living a holistically healthier and more mindful life. Roxanne is not a Physician. She will never advise or suggest a Western medical opinion or diagnosis unless requested in tandem with a client's physician. BOOKINGS

Because of current conditions, initial consultations will be facilitated virtually. We will then determine when physical sessions will be required.

For Pilates appointments, solo and a maximum of two people on site. For virtual sessions, a maximum of four people on site.

Meridian Source therapy is an online virtual session which begins with a 30-minute program.

All virtual sessions begin on time. You will be invited 10 minutes prior to your appointment to discuss your concerns.
